When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Products that require wiring into the 240v UK mains supply may require a qualified electrician to install. It is your responsibility to check relavent laws applicable to your installation.
When orders are preceeded by an Order & Payment Schedule you agree that by making a payment you confirm the details contained within the Order & Payment Schedule are correct.
Goods remain property of Intelli-Blinds Ltd until paid for in full.
|Shipping And Handling Items upto 1Kg are shipped by Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery, all others are shipped by TNT Courier.|
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery:
Delivered usually 1-3 days after dispatch. Recorded Delivery will usually be delivered on Saturdays, but we can not guarentee this.
Royal Mail Special Delivery:
Delivered usually next day after dispatch. Special Delivery will usually be delivered on Saturdays, but we can not guarentee this.
Delivered next day after dispatch, delivery on weekdays only.
We can not guarentee delivery times.
All items will require a signature on delivery.
We can not accept international orders at this time, we ship only to the United Kingdom.
The goods will be delivered to the address supplied by you. A signature will be required on receipt of all goods, whereupon the title of the goods passes to the purchaser. In the unlikely event that the goods have not been received within 15 days of the date of dispatch, the purchaser must notify Intelli-Blinds Ltd immediately.
If a shipment is returned to Intelli-Blinds because it was not signed for a re-delivery & administration fee will be incurred. For Royal Mail shipments will be £10.00 for courier shipments will be £20.00.

Custom made products will take upto 14 business days unless otherwise stated.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|

|Guarantee Products Supplied By Intelli-Blinds:|
Products SUPPLIED ONLY by Intelli-Blinds carry a 12 month warrany against faults & poor workmanship.
Fabrics supplied by Intelli-blinds have a 12 month guarantee on colour degradation, textile stability and shrinkage. This is subject that blinds or curtains are not subjected to excess moisture or heat and no contact with deodorants, sprays, household cleaning chemicals etc. Damage due to mishandling or soiling by animals, insects etc is not included. Customer supplied fabrics are not covered by Intelli-Blinds.
Customer supplied fabrics made up into blind and curtains are covered against faults & poor workmanship of the construction of the blind. Faults within or caused by the supplied fabric are not covered by Intelli-Blinds.
Products Supplied and Installed By Intelli-Blinds:
Products SUPPLIED AND INSTALLED by Intelli-Blinds carry a 24 month warrany against faults & poor workmanship.
Fixtures and Fixings & other on-site work carried out by Intelli-Blinds or it's representatives have a 24 month warranty against faults & poor workmanship. Any call backs for installation failures will include reasonable re-instatement of damaged plaster & paintwork. It excludes any consequential loss or injury. Damage to our products because of a fixing failure due to will be replaced or repaired by Intelli-Blinds.
We reserve the right to inspect on-site warranty claims to evaluate work needed and may make a charge for a site visit to a maximum of £150.00. Warranty does not include for travel to site or for supply or erection of access towers or other equipment needed to complete the work. Any such costs will be agreed before hand. Actual site time is at our cost.
Product faults or failures caused by misuse, modification, due to incorrect 3rd party wiring or incompatible 3rd party products are not covered.
Motor Speed Tolerance:
All motors supplied by Intelli-Blinds will have a small variation in motor speed due to manufacturing tolerances. Because of this we can not guarantee that different motors and/or blinds will operate at the same speed.
Motors With Mechanical Limit Switches:
Mechanical limit switches may drift from their preset position slightly after installation, re-adjustment maybe required. This does not indicate a fault in the motor.
When available, faulty products will be replaced with identical items, we reserve the right to use other compatible parts if the original is nolonger available.
Repairs carried out by Intelli-Blinds carry a 3 month guarantee for parts & labour unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned must be in 'saleable' condition, with the original packaging.
Products made to custom sizes are not elegible for return under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Products supplied to business are not elegible for return under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
